Care, Returns and Exchanges

Caring for your kenzii product

We recommend that you do not allow your kenzii product to become wet. If this happens, please allow it to dry naturally and avoid wiping. A gentle leather protector can be used on bare leather if required. Please note that you should avoid excessive skin contact with hide leather as this can result in the hide balding.

Returns and Exchanges

We are more than happy to offer you an exchange, if you find the bag or wallet is not right for you. If you would like to exchange, please contact us at within 5 working days of purchase. The bag or wallet must not have been used, and must be returned to us within 15 working days. The return of your bag or wallet will be at your own expense and must be via a trackable delivery provider. If the bag has been used or is damaged, we reserve the right to exchange. If we do not have a product in stock that you wish to exchange to, a credit note will be issued to you to the value of the original bag or wallet. 

Faulty Items

All of our items are of premium leather & hide and craftsmanship, but occasionally, as with all man made items, faults can happen. If you find a fault with your bag, you need to contact us immediately at and advise us of the fault with photos and written explanation. If the fault is due to manufacturing, we will offer you an exchange or full refund, and shipping costs will be covered by kenzii. If the fault is due to usage, we will offer to have it repaired for you at your own expense, including shipping costs.
